Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Our system records order timestamps, and cancellation requests are assessed based on these records. If the cancellation window has passed, you may refer to the return options described above once the order has been delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance, where applicable.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
