Refund Policy
All products from The Lightco are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting the products. Any damage or loss must be reported in writing via email to info@thelightco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must be supported with clear photographs.
We do not accept returns without prior written approval. Any return request must be submitted and approved before products are sent back.
As our products are manufactured and supplied with project and trade use in mind, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Approved returns (if applicable) must be in original condition and packaging.
