The LightCo is an Australian lighting manufacturer shipping to the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled on an enquiry-first basis — we do not operate a standard online checkout. Once you contact us, we confirm availability, provide a quote, and issue a payment link. Goods are dispatched only after payment has cleared. Freight Pricing

Shipping Costs

Retail orders of 1–2 units carry a fixed flat rate. All other orders — including wholesale, bulk, and custom — are quoted individually. Contact us with your product and quantity to receive a freight estimate.

Freight is quoted individually based on volume, weight, and destination. Includes bulk orders, project deliveries, and all custom or made-to-order products.
Import Duties & VAT
All freight costs are ex-works Australia and exclude UK import duties, VAT on importation, and customs clearance fees — these are the buyer's responsibility. Please refer to HMRC guidance for current UK import thresholds, or contact us if you need documentation support.

Dispatch & Transit

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

All timeframes below run from the date of dispatch from our Australian facility. Dispatch occurs only after full payment (retail) or confirmed deposit (wholesale/custom) has been received.

B2B & Project Orders: For time-sensitive or phased project deliveries, contact us early. We provide written ETA commitments and proactive updates throughout the shipment — particularly for sea freight consignments subject to port scheduling.


After Dispatch

Tracking & Shipment Documents

Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking link and all relevant shipment documents by email, including commercial invoice, packing list, and — on request — a Certificate of Origin. UKCA compliance documentation is available where applicable.

For bulk and sea freight orders, we send proactive ETA updates and will notify you promptly of any carrier or port delays.
