- Plug-in and portable models connect directly to a standard power outlet and do not require hardwiring.

Shipping&Delivery
All orders are fulfilled on an enquiry-first basis — goods are dispatched only after payment has been received and cleared. Processing begins from the date payment is confirmed.
Transit times run from the date of dispatch from our Australian facility. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity and UK Border Force processing.
7–12 business days via tracked international courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx).
10–18 business days via air freight. Carrier confirmed at dispatch.
25–45 business days via sea freight, subject to port scheduling and customs clearance.
Custom and made-to-order transit times are confirmed in writing prior to production. For time-critical project deliveries, we provide written ETA commitments on request.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified for each product. All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
We cover defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use conditions. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will — at our discretion — arrange replacement goods, issue a credit note, or provide a refund.
