Who should install the light?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly at hello@thelightco.com.au with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please keep all packaging and do not install or discard the item while the issue is being reviewed.
What are the returns and warranty terms?
Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Where advertised, the 2-year voluntary warranty covers eligible material or workmanship faults and operates in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
